Spectrum: Insufficient Permissions

Symptoms​

When pushing AR Invoices into Spectrum, you get the error message: [Spectrum Error] Insufficient permissions: we cannot perform SELECT operations on table 'VN_GL_DISTRIBUTION_HEADER_MC'. Please check the permissions of your SQL user.

Causes​

  1. The SQL user connected to Spectrum does not have SELECT access to the required table (VN_GL_DISTRIBUTION_HEADER_MC).
  2. Changes to Spectrum security settings or SQL accounts have revoked access.

How to fix​

  2. Confirm that the SQL user has all required permissions for integration.
