Common Errors and FAQs​

The following Info-Link tables are required when syncing Cost Codes from or to Spectrum:

  1. JC_STD_PHASE_DESCRIPTION_MC
  2. JC_PHASE_MASTER_MC

Tiering​

If you would like to enable tiering in your Cost Code structure in Procore, let your Agave Account Manager know and we can configure this for you in your sync!

Agave can support up to 2 tiers, split in a format of your choosing. The character lengths of each tier must be consistent across projects.

Deleting Cost Codes​

You may unintentionally sync Cost Codes to Procore. Instead of manually deleting them in the Procore UI, you can use Agave Sync.

To delete the Cost Codes, navigate to the Procore view in Agave Sync and select Delete from Procore:
