Agave Sync supports syncing Sub Jobs from Spectrum into your Procore Work Breakdown Structure.

How do I sync Sub Jobs from Spectrum?​

To sync Sub Jobs, Spectrum must be using the Master Job setup, where individual Jobs reference a parent Master Job.

Once your Agave Account Manager enables Sub Job syncing:

  1. Any Spectrum Job without a “Master Job” assigned will sync to Procore as its own Project.
  2. Any Spectrum Job with a “Master Job” assigned will sync as a Sub Job under the corresponding Procore Project linked to that Master Job.

You can indicate in Spectrum whether a Job should be treated as a Sub Job in Procore by populating the Master field in Job->Properties->Main:
