Agave Sync allows you to sync Spectrum Phase Origional Quantities and Procore Budget Production Quantities.

Exporting Budget Production Quantities to Procore

To import Budget Production Quantities into Procore, follow these steps:

Step 1: Enter Phase Quantities in Spectrum

  1. Navigate to your project, then go to the Phases tab.
  2. Create a new budget line item and enter your information.

Step 2: Push Budget Line Items to Procore

You must enable Production Quantities in Procore before syncing. To do this, go to: Project → Budget Tools (Admin) → Advanced Settings → Labor Productivity for Budget, Change Events, and Change Orders, then click Update after enabling the setting.

Reminder: Click Fetch Latest Data in Agave to ensure your records are up to date.

  1. Confirm that your Cost Codes and Units of Measure for Budget Production Quantities have been synced.

    • You can verify this in Agave under Per Project → Cost Code and Unit of Measure modules.
  2. In Agave, go to the Budget Line Items module and select and push your associated records.

  3. Then, go to the Budget Production Quantity module (under Workforce), select your records, and push them into Procore.

If you encounter the error spectrum.budget-production-quantity.cost-type, contact your Account Manager. Agave needs to know which cost type to associate with your production quantities.

Step 3: Confirm Production Quantities in Procore

  1. In Procore, select your project and navigate to the Budget.
  2. Click on the Production Quantities tab.
  3. You should now see your synced quantities from Spectrum, along with their Quantity and Unit of Measure.
