Error 0530: Associated Employee is Not Synced
In the Errors tab, you might see an error message related to an Employee when syncing Timecard Entries, typically shown as:

- Associated Employee is not synced: John Adams
Causes
This error occurs when the related Employee hasn't been synced between systems. Common reasons include: the Employee was never pushed or linked, or the destination system doesn't recognize or support the format of the Employee.
How to fix it
To fix this problem, follow these steps:
- Identify the record(s) you're trying to sync and note the associated Employee.
- In Agave, navigate to the Employee module via the side panel.
- Search for the relevant Employee(s), then select and push or link them from Vista to Procore.
