Error 0502: Job Completed Month must be between XX/XX and YY/YY
Causes
This error occurs when syncing a Job from ServiceTitan to Vista with a completion date
that falls on or before the last closed AP General Ledger month. Agave can’t sync the Job with a status of “Soft-Closed” in Vista because it can’t be soft-closed in a month that is already closed in your General Ledger.
How to Fix
To resolve this, you can:
- Re-open the Batch Month in Vista for the Job’s completion date,
- Update the completion date in ServiceTitan so it’s after the last closed month in your GL, or
- Ask your Agave Account Manager to set the Close Month to the current month of the sync (this is the most common option customers choose).

You can see the latest open AP Batch Month in GL Company Parameters. For example, in the below screenshot, this is "12/21":
