Are there any pre-requisites to syncing Vendors?​

There are no pre-requisite steps to syncing Vendors from Vista to ServiceTitan.

caution

We recommend applying filters before enabling automatic sync. Agave can apply default filters for you to sync only a subset of Vendors to either Vista or ServiceTitan. For example, you may only want to sync Vendors that are "Active" or Suppliers. Let your Agave Account Manager know what filters you would like to apply and we can apply these for you.

Agave Sync will auto-link on the following fields for Vendors:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Code/Number
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Tax ID
