Are there any pre-requisites to syncing Vendors?​

There are no pre-requisite steps to syncing Vendors from Vista to ServiceTitan.

caution

We recommend applying filters before enabling automatic sync. Agave can apply default filters for you to sync only a subset of Vendors to ServiceTitan. For example, you may only want to sync Vendors that are "Active" or have a type of "Supplier". Let your Agave Account Manager know what filters you would like to apply and we can apply these for you.

Agave Sync will auto-link on the following fields for Vendors:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email
  • Phone
