Expects a Segement That Has Not Been Set

Symptoms

You get the following message:

Autodesk Build: The budget code format for Project XXX (Source Id: XXX) expects a segment XXX that has not been set in the request.

Causes

You have more budget segments setup in Autodesk than what Agave is is aware of and sending.

For example, if you have the following setup in Autodesk, but you've never setup the "Extra" segment in Agave's onboarding process, you will hit this error when syncing data into Autodesk.

How to fix

1. Stick to the segments you were using during Agave training
2. Alternatively, reach out to your account manger at Agave to update the segments to accommodate
