NotAllowedException: Not Authorized. Current project is not active.

Symptoms​

When pushing an Expense to Autodesk, you get the error message: [Autodesk Build Error] NotAllowedException: Not Authorized. Current project is not active..

Causes​

This error appears because the project you’re trying to push an Expense to has been archived.

How to fix​

  1. Check the Project: check that you have linked to the correct Autodesk Build project in the Agave Sync tool. In the case that you've linked to the wrong one, you can:
  • Unlink the archived project
  • Relink to an active project in Autodesk Build
  • Retry syncing the Expense
