Item Receipts (Spectrum to ServiceTitan)

Agave Sync allows you to import Spectrum Packing Lists to ServiceTitan Receipts.

note
  1. Edits to Item Receipts in Spectrum will not be reflected in ServiceTitan.
  2. Receipts with negative quantities cannot be written to ServiceTitan.

The following Info-Link tables are required when syncing Item Receipts to or from Spectrum:

  1. PO_PACK_LIST_HEADER_MC
  2. PO_PACK_LIST_DETAIL_MC

Filters​

Agave can apply default filters for you to sync only a subset of Vendors to either Spectrum or ServiceTitan. For example, you may only want to sync Vendors that are not employees or active Vendors. Let your Agave Account Manager know what filters you would like to apply and we can apply these for you.
