Service Sites

This guide explains how you can sync your Customer Locations in ServiceTitan to Spectrum as Sites.

✅ Prerequisites & Requirements

Ensure you've completed the following before syncing Service Sites:

Prerequisite	Notes
Spectrum Info-Link Tables added	See: What Info Link Tables do I need?
Tax Codes synced	To sync Service Sites, there must be a link between the Tax Code used in ServiceTitan, and a Sales Tax Code in Spectrum.
Customers synced	To sync Service Sites, there must be a link between the Customers in ServiceTitan and in Spectrum.

Step 1: Review the Data Map

The following data map details the fields we support in our sync:

Sync Trigger

By default, Agave will sync any “Active” Customer Location in ServiceTitan, as soon as it is created.

What Info-Link Tables do I need?

The following Info-Link tables are required when syncing Customer Locations (Service Sites) to or from Spectrum:

1. WO_ADDRESS_MC
