This guide explains how Customers from ServiceTitan sync seamlessly into Spectrum.

Ensure you've completed the following before syncing Customers:

πŸ”„ Quickstart Workflow​

Step 1: Review the Data Map​

The following data map details the fields we support in our sync.

Sync Trigger​

By default, Agave will sync any β€œActive” Customer in ServiceTitan, as soon as it is created.

The following Info-Link tables are required when syncing Customers from or to Spectrum:

  1. CR_CUSTOMER_MASTER_MC
  2. CR_TERMS_MASTER_MC
  3. CR_CUSTOMER_CONTACTS_MC
  4. PA_CONTACTS_MASTER
