This guide explains how Customers from ServiceTitan sync seamlessly into Spectrum.

Step 1: Review the Data Mapβ
The following data map details the fields we support in our sync.

| Status (Active or Inactive) | Status | By default, we filter out inactive Customers |
| See Notes* | Sales Tax Code* | We can select a default for all customers. In Spectrum, navigate to Accounts Receivable > Maintenance > Sales Tax |
| See Notes* | Terms | We can select a default for all customers, or write from a ST custom field. In Spectrum, navigate to Accounts Receivable > Maintenance > Terms |
| See Notes | Customer Code | By default, we autogenerate an alphanumeric code based on the first and last names |
| Type (Residential or Commercial) | Type | By default, we write Residential customers as "RES" and Commercial as "COM" |

What Info-Link Tables do I need?β
The following Info-Link tables are required when syncing Customers from or to Spectrum:
- CR_CUSTOMER_MASTER_MC
- CR_TERMS_MASTER_MC
- CR_CUSTOMER_CONTACTS_MC
- PA_CONTACTS_MASTER
