Tax Codes
Tax Codes refer to Tax Zones in ServiceTitan, or any one of Sales Tax (Accounts Receivable), Use Tax (Accounts Payable), or Value-Added Tax (VAT) in Spectrum. Agave Sync allows for you to link ServiceTitan Tax Zones to Spectrum Tax Types to maintain the correct reference when syncing transactions like AR Invoices.

Ensure you've completed the following before syncing Customers:

If you have multiple similar named Tax Codes in Spectrum that are of different types (e.g. separate Sales Tax and Use Tax Codes for "California"), we recommend creating multiple Tax Zones in ServiceTitan and appending the type of Tax Code at the end (e.g. "California Sales Tax", "California Use Tax").

What Info-Link Tables do I need?
The following Info-Link tables are required when syncing Customer Locations (Service Sites) to or from Spectrum:
- CR_SALES_TAX_MASTER_MC
- GL_VALUE_ADDED_TAX_MC
- VN_USE_TAX_MASTER_MC
