Cost Codes (Category Codes)

Agave Sync allows for you to sync ComputerEase Category Codes to or from Procore Cost Codes.

note

If Sub Jobs are enabled in ComputerEase, Cost Codes will be associated with each Sub Job in Procore. They will be accessible in the Sub Jobs view in Procore's Work Breakdown Structure.

Common Errors and FAQs​

What are pre-requisites to syncing Cost Codes from ComputerEase to Procore?​

  1. The associated Project must be synced, and
  2. If applicable, the associated Sub Job must also be synced.

Deleting Cost Codes​

You may unintentionally sync Cost Codes to Procore. Instead of manually deleting them in the Procore UI, you can use Agave Sync.

To delete the Cost Codes, navigate to the Procore view in Agave Sync and select Delete from Procore:
