Materials Stored & Retainage​

Though not pictured in the visual mapping, Agave does support syncing AR Invoices that use Materials Stored and Materials Retainage.

Status​

By default, Agave syncs AR Invoices into Acumatica with the On Hold status. If you prefer a different status, work with your Agave rep to have it configured.

GL Account​

Agave will apply a default revenue GL Account of your choosing to AR Invoices. Work with your Agave rep to enable this.

Numbering​

Agave is compatible with both automatic and manual numbering in Acumatica. If automatic numbering is not enabled, Agave will set the Reference Number to the invoice number in Procore. Work with your Agave rep to enable a different numbering pattern (e.g. prepending the project number).
