[Procore Error] Project must have sub jobs enabled.

Symptoms

When pushing Sub Jobs, you get the error message: [Procore Error] Project must have sub jobs enabled.

Causes

If you use Sub Jobs in your ERP, you also have to ensure Sub Jobs are enabled on your Procore project's Work Breakdown Structure in order to push them over.

How to fix

Enable Sub Jobs on your Procore project

  1. On the project in Procore, navigate to Project Tools > Admin.

  1. Select Work Breakdown Structure on the right hand sidebar.

  1. Under Budget Code Segments, find Sub Job and in the far right corner of the table, click the "+" to add Sub Jobs to Budget Code Structure.

  1. Sync Sub Job from the Agave website.

Enable Sub Jobs on your Project Template

  1. To ensure Sub Jobs are enabled for all projects, repeat the steps above on your Project Template.
