Agave Sync allows you to sync Autodesk Build Forecast Adjustments to Sage Intacct Forecast Estimates.

Agave Sync only supports syncing Cost Projections to Sage Intacct Estimates with a workflow type of Forecast.

What are pre-requisites to syncing Budget Transfers?​

In order to sync a Budget Transfer, you will need to sync the associated Project, Cost Code, Cost Type, and Unit of Measure beforehand.

How is the Forecast Estimate number determined in Intacct?​

In order to ensure uniqueness, the Forecast Estimate number is set to the Project Number and the date the Forecast is synced to Sage Intacct (e.g. SI249-2025-10-31). All Forecasts synced within the same day are grouped into the same Job Estimate in Intacct.
