Prerequsite Budget Code Configuration

Before syncing Budget Line Items between Autodesk and Acumatica:

1. Set up a Project Template with Budget Code Segments
   • Project Templates
2. Ensure Cost Codes, Cost Types, and Sub Jobs are set up and synced:
   • Cost Codes
   • Cost Types
   • Sub Jobs

Does Agave sync the Cost and/or Revenue Budget from Acumatica?

By default, Agave syncs the Acumatica Cost Budget with Autodesk. The Revenue Budget is synced via the Prime Contract sync.

If you would like to sync both via the budget sync, work with your Agave account rep to enable this.
