Sage 100 Contractor Account Disconnected

Symptoms

When pushing data, you get the error message: The Sage 100 Contractor Account has been Disconnected since [time]. Please make sure the Agave Connector is running and that it has Account [account_id] configured.

Causes

  1. The Agave Connector for Sage 100 Contractor has stopped running
  2. The connector was disconnected due to a restart, update or network issue

How to fix

Restart the Agave Connector

  1. Log in to the server or enviornment where the Agave Connector is installed and verify the connector service is running.
  2. If stopped, restart the service.

Verify connectivity

  1. Check that the machine running the Connector has stable network access
  2. Ensure firewalls or antivirus software are not blocking the connector.
