Sage 100 Contractor Account Disconnected
Symptoms
When pushing data, you get the error message: The Sage 100 Contractor Account has been Disconnected since [time]. Please make sure the Agave Connector is running and that it has Account [account_id] configured.
Causes
- The Agave Connector for Sage 100 Contractor has stopped running
- The connector was disconnected due to a restart, update or network issue
How to fix
Restart the Agave Connector
- Log in to the server or enviornment where the Agave Connector is installed and verify the connector service is running.
- If stopped, restart the service.
Verify connectivity
- Check that the machine running the Connector has stable network access
- Ensure firewalls or antivirus software are not blocking the connector.
