Sage 100 Contractor Database Errors
Syncs failing after Sage 100 Contractor software update with "database needs to be updated" error
If you recently updated your Sage 100 Contractor software and syncs start failing with an error stating that the database needs to be updated through Database Administration, even though all databases appear to be updated, try restarting the Sage Server.
This has resolved the issue for most customers experiencing this problem after a Sage 100 Contractor version update.
Steps to resolve:
- Restart the Sage Server
- Wait a few minutes for the server to fully restart
- Retry the sync
If the issue persists after restarting the server, please contact Agave support.
