Agave Sync will auto-link on the following fields for Vendors:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email
  • Phone

Are there any pre-requisites to syncing Vendors?​

There are no pre-requisites to syncing Vendors from Foundation to ServiceTitan.

caution

We recommend applying filters before enabling automatic sync. Agave can apply default filters for you to sync only a subset of Vendors to ServiceTitan. For example, you may only want to sync Vendors that are "Active" or last updated in the last year. Let your Agave Account Manager know what filters you would like to apply and we can apply these for you.
