Agave Sync allows you to link ServiceTitan Technicians to Foundation Employees.

Agave Sync only allows you to link (instead of sync) Technicians because ServiceTitan charges based on number of Technicians.

Are there any pre-requisites to linking Employees (Technicians)?​

Yes - you must have the Payroll modules enabled in Foundation and ServiceTitan.

Agave Sync will auto-link on the following fields for Technicians:

  • Name
  • Email
