Agave Sync allows you to sync Autodesk Build Budget Payment Applications to ComputerEase Freeform Invoices.

Agave Sync exports AR Invoices to ComputerEase in a pre-posted status, meaning you will still need to post the record in ComputerEase.

Common Errors and FAQs​

Are there any pre-requisites to syncing AR Invoices?​

Yes, the Project and Customer, and any Sub Jobs (if used), Cost Codes, and Cost Types associated with the AR Invoice must be synced beforehand.

Does Agave also update AIA Schedule of Values in ComputerEase?​

No - Agave does not sync AR Invoices to update ComputerEase AIA Schedule of Values. The entire AIA billing process is handled within Autodesk instead.

Does Agave support distributing revenue to Sub Jobs (Phases) or Cost Codes (Categories) in ComputerEase?​

Yes - your Agave Account Manager can enable a setting where if a Budget is associated with a Main Contract Line Item in Autodesk Build, you can distribute any AR Invoice amounts against Phase or Category Code in the ComputerEase Summary tab of the Freeform Invoice:
