Error-0515: Invalid Customer/Location combination for Work Order

Symptoms​

When pushing a Work Order, you get the message [Sage 100 Contractor Error] [Error] Invalid Foreign Key WorkOrder.ClientRef 118194 WorkOrder.ServiceLocationRef 77476799

Causes​

This error occurs when we are trying to push a Work Order, and:

  • In Agave, the ST Location is linked to a S100C Location that is tied to a different S100C Customer than what is linked to the ST Customer

How to fix​

If the Location is linked incorrectly:

  1. Find the Location in Agave for the Work Order
  2. Unlink the Location
  3. Push the Location
    1. If the Location number already exists, link the Location.
