AR Payments (Cash Receipts)

Agave Sync allows you to import Sage 300 CRE AR Cash Receipts to ServiceTitan Invoice Payments.

note

Agave Sync imports AR Payments to ServiceTitan in an Exported status This means they cannot be modified after they are imported to ServiceTitan.

Mapping ServiceTitan Payment Methods to Sage 300 CRE Cash Receipt Deposit Methods

You will want to make sure your ServiceTitan Payment Methods match the AR Deposit Item types in your Sage 300 CRE instance.

A list of valid AR Deposit Item types in your Sage 300 CRE instance can be found under Company Settings-->Custom Descriptions:

To add these Payment Methods to ServiceTitan:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Search for Payment and Invoice Types. Under Payment Types, press Add.

3. Add any missing Payment Types (e.g. Transfer) and press Save.
