Agave Sync allows you to export ServiceTitan Invoices to Sage 300 CRE AR Invoices.

Posted and Exported Statuses​

To sync an AR Invoice, it must have a status of "Posted". Once a posted AR Invoice is synced, Agave Sync changes the status to "Exported", meaning it can no longer be edited in ServiceTitan.

How are adjustments to AR Invoices synced?​

Unfortunately we cannot import Adjustments to AR Invoices due to restrictions with Sage 300 CRE. However, we sync the Adjustments as new AR Invoices since they are applied against the same Customer.
