Departments (Business Units)

Agave Sync allows you to link ServiceTitan Business Units to ComputerEase Departments.

You will need to link Departments if you want ServiceTitan’s Business Units to appear on Jobs, AR Invoices, Timecard Entries, and AP Invoices when syncing them to ComputerEase.

Are there any pre-requisites to syncing Departments?​

Yes - you will need to:

  1. Identify which of the following Department types you use in ComputerEase:
    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Job Cost
    • Payroll
  2. Share a mapping of these ComputerEase Departments to ServiceTitan Business Units.
